Charges Rates and Ways to Pay
At XP Plumbing & Heating, we know that repairs can be expensive, and we believe in transparency when it comes to cost.
- We’ll never charge you for ‘call-out’, so you only pay from the moment we start working for you
- We’ll never add our parking costs, travelling time, or congestion charges to your bill
- We break down our charges, to ensure complete transparency
- For larger works, we’ll provide a written estimate
Work is carried out based on our hourly rate. A minimum charge of one hour will be charged, and then at 15-minute increments thereafter. You will not be charged more than 30 minutes for collecting parts required to complete your job, and you will be informed of the expected length of time/cost approximately within the first hour where possible.
XP Plumbing & Heating can supply all materials for the customers convenience, and constantly monitor our suppliers’ prices to enable us to remain competitive and pass on savings. Where materials are supplied by us, 20% will be added to the cost price paid. All rates and charges include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Invoice and payment
An invoice will always be issued on completion of the works. This is to protect everyone concerned and ensure your work is guaranteed, and correctly registered where necessary. All work and estimates include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit card with the engineer upon satisfactory completion.
